Inverness Life

Well, I am settling in to work at the Hostel and am enjoying myself. I have been in the process of setting up a bank account at the Royal Bank of Scotland, but they need a third letter from my employer before they will take my money. Hmm. I went to deposit my first two pay cheques today and couldnt becuase the third letter is still pending. I began to get a little agitated and I saw real fear in the eyes of the two tellers when I asked why 'Elaine' didnt tell me EXACTLY what was required in this letter when she wrote down exactly what I needed to get my boss to write. I didnt get mad though and they changed my euros commission free, so that was nice. Actually, the one teller wasnt supposed to and she told me not to tell anyone, but she said it was for the trouble with the account.

Alrighty, On with the Coryna Saga. Will Coryna and Liz ever meet up. The answer, probably not. I got two emails from Coryna yesterday. One was a mass email that detailed her adventures in Morocco and one was sent just to me. Anyways, here's the breaking news. The second email basically said that she decided to travel around spain for another week with two of the guys she met and that if nothing works out with them when she gets to London, she will try to visit me in Inverness.
Other that that, things are going very well. I am quite enjoying work. I do three cleaning shifts a week and two night porter shifts, so it works out to some good hours and I just got a 20 pence raise. Hooray!
The hostel is quite big and has lots of rooms, it is about a 5 minute walk out of the city centre - which is very small. It is very beautiful here and I love the Ness River. One of the other girls who works at the hostel showed me a great park on the Ness Islands and I've done a little bit of exploring. I have my own room at the hostel and I have just inherited a tv from one of the girls that is leaving. I spent last night sitting on my bed with the tv guide beside me watching the tv and eating small packets of prawn coctail flavoured crisps. Ah yes, its a good life. BUT DONT WORRY, I have yogurt and granola for breakfast. ORGANIC granola too. ok thats all for now and sorry about not updating this thing, but I cant do it from the hostel computers and I really didnt have that much to say.
