August 04, 2004heading south
Getting up early, we decided to visit the Blowsands in Rainbow beach before loading up the car and beginning the road south again back to Sydney. We'd reached over halfway in our road trip, and we now had to make good time back to Sydney so the girls could get their flight to New Zealand in plenty of time. It was a bit sad to realise we had hit the end of the road north, but we were coming back inland, so as not to repeat ourselves on the road, so still had a few more days of exploring left to look forward to.
