The final countdown

After a year of me boring them to tears with incessant wittering about this trip, my friends (bless 'em) are still prepared to talk to me. Infact, they even helped me celebrate leaving the UK.

First, there was a night out in Leigh (my home town) D & D braved the cold and rainy North for a night of 80's disco and cheap beer:

Then came the turn of the Midlands, my adopted home;

Ali met up with me and Dawn to say goodbye this afternoon (another day, another pub) View image
So to all who managed to come out and play - thanks! To those who couldn't make it - you owe me a drink!

Things happening? We're staying in KL for a month now (I know, last minute decisions) got an apartment, it has TV!!! So excited. Goin' to veg now..... where are you duck?

Hi Snazzybird - am loving Inidan MTV at the moment, jealous of the dvds you got though! This little love nest of yours sounds lovely - is there a beach nearby for you to hit while blokes on the golf course?
