I was not the only one suffering from moodswings. On monday evening, my friend Mimi had gotten home around half past eight, declared she had had an absolutely horrible day, and fell asleep immediately. She said later several people at work had been depressed that day too. Could it be so;ething in the air? But on tuesday she felt all better too. Her husband Tias (they got married at the beginning of may) was more cheerful than he had been before as well, as wednesday would be the first time after 10 days he would not have to get up at half past 4 in the morning to go to work. We went to the new restaurant/cocktail bar on the corner, which was all emty and strange, but at leat my last night in Berlin was spent in a pleasant atmosphere between the 3 of us. And after my bad experience staying with people in Leipzig (more about that later), I appreciate their hospitaly and appreciation of me as a guest even more.
