Just a couple of photies to give a flavour of how life at the Ashram was- I met some great people there- in the midst of the cult- and yep I also learnt a few new yoga tricks. I am particularly proud of the fact that I can do a beginning of a scorpion position- thats the one with me balancing on my hands – legs curved – head off the floor-not bad but still need to practice- then I could get as good as the last guy in the photies…………
