Something about the best laid plans of mice and men… Anyway, it seems we are destined to spend some more time in Cochabamba. If you want to know where one of the best meat places is in Bolivia, drop us a line. T-bone steaks to die for, and we enjoyed them a few times. Ribs weren’t bad either, and when it is under $2, there can never be complaints! Jo couldn’t say no to the papa rellenas, either. Mash potato stuffed with meat or cheese. Food filled in the time between snooping through antique shops.
