Colonia Tovar, the Venezuelan German town. Nice architecture and great food. Meet up with Pedro and Lana, who we first encountered some months ago. Also, first meeting with Aguedo and Cecilia, and their 3 beautiful daughters, who we are to see again in Caracas.

Santa Fe

Some long bus trips finally see us arriving at Santa Fe, on the Venezuelan coast. Richard’s new pants, bought less than a week earlier, are stolen. They were not being worn at the time.

Manage to fit some snorkelling in to the busy 5 day beach schedule, and visit some local attractions as well.
