January 30, 2004cow spotting
First thing on Friday morning I went out for a last wander around Mumbai, and saw my first cow! I had been thinking they were all hiding from me. By 6pm it was time to head to the station for the 26 hour train from Mumbai to Delhi... I just made it in time - the traffic in the city was terrible - I ended up getting out of the cab and legging it to the station (not good with a backpack on). Finally finding the right platform, I only had about 2 minutes get on board. I jumped on the first carriage just as the train began to pull away and then started to look for my carriage. Comments
