Then we heading into the town to do a little internet and then back into TC and off on the road again.
The road back to Sydney was long and ardous - well not really - but we didn't have jobs or places to stay - so were pretty keen to get there sooner rather than later.
Having spotted signs for fruit picking on the way up the coast, we thought we'd get off the beaten track for a little while and see if we could get a few days of work on the way back - but after spending a couple of hours in the twilight zone of tourist route 33 (I'm not kidding - don't believe me? Go drive it yourself!) we couldn't find them again and finally gave up and got back into Sydney and over to Bondi by about 4pm.
Arriving in Bondi at that time trying to find a place to stay might well be hard most of the time - but luck was with us and we stumbled upon the place with the best views in the world - will have to show you those another time.
well - off to look for work in the morning - wish us luck!
