Travels with my Angst

Each of us experiences grief, and each and every one of us has tears. No one can say when, or when not, to cry. Nor how long the tears should fall.
Hold fast to your memories of smiles and laughter. Remember the warmth of hugs, the gentleness of kisses, the touch of a hand , the scent of perfume or cologne, or the sound of familiar footsteps. Remember both the serious moments and the silly ones.
In days to come think on friendship, games played, dinners shared and plans made. Live your life as both testament and promise. Honour their memory by achieving anything and everything that is possible. Achieve with respect, with humility and with faith.

Masing-masing dari kita mengalami kesedihan , dan masing-masing dan setiap orang dari kita memiliki air mata. Tidak ada yang bisa mengatakan kapan, atau jika tidak, menangis . Atau berapa lama air mata harus jatuh.

Berpegang teguh pada kenangan Anda tersenyum dan tertawa . Ingat kehangatan pelukan , kelembutan ciuman , sentuhan tangan , aroma parfum atau cologne, atau suara langkah kaki familiar. Ingat baik saat serius dan yang konyol.
