Acara kali ini mengangkat Tema : Exploring the 21st Century.

Dengan pengalaman selama 6 thn sbg penyelenggara lomba yg terakhir dihadiri oleh lbh dari 1500 orang, CEC akan mengundang sekitar 1700 orang di lombanya yg ke 7.
