Split, and it’s still raining :(

It was only a half hour until we bumped into Deb and Trim. Seems like we are destined to spend the rest of this trip with them! Lucky they’re nice.

And once again, Split needed to be enjoyed during the breaks in the weather. Good news is, that it should be improving.

In fact, we stayed fairly dry on the 7th, our day trip to the Roman ruins of Solin.

Hvar, another island in the rain :(

Continuing our island hopping in the rain. Shouldn’t complain too much, as we are getting breaks long enough to see the towns in between. No chance of hanging on the beaches, though. I suppose it is October…

Hvar town, yet another beautiful old town. Very competitive industry to be in, in this part of the world, the “old town” business.
