September 21, 2005Tian Yu Village
My Dad came for a visit and made it perfectly clear he did not want to travel everywhere, just to see the way we live and catch up with us. So we didn't visit any large cities, we stayed entirely in Qingtian county and did a few walks to temples and small villages we knew of. One walk which Dad could hardly believe was through You Zhu village, which is where we live and buy our food. Another interesting place was Tian Yu Village, where they breed fish amongst the rice paddies. The countryside was filled with stone homes and great scenery.
