September 02, 2005Under the Bridge
It's just occurred to me that we often talk about going under the bridge for beers and some people must think this sounds a little strange. In Summer they have an open air restaurant under the bridge which opens daily around 7pm and closes around 3am. They serve BBQ food and beer and many people head there to relax, dangle their feet in the river and cool down. The flood waters have made under the bridge under water. Here are some happier times by the river. And the difference today - take notice of the red circle . Let's hope the rain stops soon Comments
Trev you don't look you are enjoying your beer mate, looks like you're about to chunder! It wasn't warm was it? By the way, when I was back in England I had some 'warm piss' (bitter, at room temperature) and it was well tasty. Post a comment
