We are both in Perth now, the weather is great, we've learnt to drive fairly competently and we have fallen straight back in to the beach bums routine. Actually we were never beach bums before we left, but when you have nowhere to be, the beach is a pretty nice place to be.

Since being in Perth we've caught up with lots of people, last night Matty came around for a BBQ and beers. Craig and Helen's son Hayden has is christening coming up next weekend and basically unlike Melbourne where everyone's kids had grown about a foot, our mates here have gone from newly married to married with a tribe. There must be something in the water over here!!
