Yesterday afternoon we had some mates around for a few beers and a feed. As we are terrible cooks we took the forethought of preparing the food then handing the job of cooking it over to our guests. Sly you might think, but resulting in edible food.

All morning we chopped away at veges and meat to dice and mince it to dumpling mixture, then when everyone arrived we served smally eats - duck tongues, blood seeds and beer asking everyone to help us make the dumplings.

By the time the dumplings were made, our friends were feeling right at home and ended up cooking them too.
