Fighting off River Pirates with Alligator swords

We didn´t actually fight, or even see any pirates, but i thought i´d try to get you hyped up for this next excellent episode.

I flew from La Paz to Rurre on a tiny little plane full of a massive tour group of Israelis who were all over 50 except for one guy who would have been about my age. He wore an inflatable pillow around his neck on and off the plane. Upon arriving in some airport not in Rurre, i had to get into Rurre. I ended up riding in the back of a station wagon which was an interesting and uncomfortable experience.

It´s 6 am or something like that and I just got off a bus ride on one of the worst roads in the world, it was unsealed for 15 hours. So this is by far the best time to update the blog.

I think I left you in Cuzco (woops, 2 weeks ago) so I´ll go from there.
Left Cuzco by train for Puno. It was a really lovely journey, I´ll do train over bus any day. Puno on the other hand, was not so nice. Other people said it wasn´t too bad and I didn´t hit the main street, but it didn´t seem like much fun and the room i stayed in had no windows which was strange.
