Following Carols by candlelight, I was finally getting into the Christmas spirit.

The neighbours are certainly throwing themselves into it. I walk down Pleasant Avenue most days on the way to the gym (yup - i did say the gym - crazy but true!) and most of the houses on the street have embraced the spirit of christmas. I thought I'd share it with you - it's pretty cool.
They also have those wooden santas all over the place too that i saw loads of with Dawn as we travelled on our road trip this time last year.

It's totally the wrong weather for christmas, but i have to admit, tinsel surrounded by heat waves is growing on me ;o)
