We arrived this morning and already we are feeling better. We're staying at Holly's again and the staff are terrific. We are planning our Songpan trip and are going to bum around here for 2 days. Tomorrow we'll see the panda's and tonight we'll get bit of culture at the "Culture show". Maybe if Sumo behaves we'll take him to the Roo Bar for a VB. I can tell Trev is really keen to go there but delaying it - does he want Tibetan food, Sichuan ring burning hot pot or the steak eggs and chips. Decisions decisions! So we have been to the Panda's now and whilst walking around a "zoo keeper" asked if we wanted to go into the yard. Trev and Sumo went in, Trev to feed the little red pandas and Sumo to supervise. For large sized cats Trev thinks they are heavy and have way too big claws.

I just ran into your blog. I've also been teaching in Zhejiang province, but in the big metropolis of Hangzhou. Enjoy your trip (beware: I just came back from Jiuzhaigou, and it was VERY crowded) and your next teaching stint! I'll keep an eye on your blog when I'm at home and missing China!
