November 08, 2004Chinese Medicine
Trev's little fall in the maze turned out to be a little more serious than I gave him credit for. He couldn't walk and a trip to the doctor was in order. Doris took him outside the school to the hospital, I stayed home. Chinese hospitals are not a favourite place for me to go. In fact I have only been once and once was too many times. Trev returned about 2 hours later with his foot bandaged and a story to go with it. He was pretty impressed with the doctor, he massged his foot, Trev shrieked and the doctor new what the problem was. Trev now has to get his foot rebandaged daily and a brown stinky concoction which looks like a big horse shit applied to his foot. The doctor says he'll be right in a week and I hope so, as sleeping with a flimsy bandage holding in horse poo is not my idea of fun. Comments
