We returned to school after a week away to find out a heap of Chinese teachers had been fired. Most devastating of all of these was that Zhong Guo Mama's husband had been giving the sack. Reason being - his teaching methods were to innovative.

So we didn't even get to say goodbye to our Hula hooping Chinese friend and the place has certainly lost some of it's spark. We had just taught her "Get Real" to take the piss out of Wiggy, the red headed foreign teacher here. Her pronounciation of the 'r' was more a 'w' which was just priceless.
