Yesterday we walked along the great wall again. Same place as last time Jinshanling - Simatai. A 10km stroll up and down 30 towers. Hard work but a more pleasant journey when it's not covered in snow.

The Chinese have the saying "you're not a great man until you've seen the great wall" I guess we are now great great men.

The scenery in Summer is more green and while it is peak season that area of the wall is still not crowded.
