Taganga

We decided to spend our last 4 days in Colombia and South America in a little place called Taganga. It took 4 hours to get to Santa Marta from Cartagena and another 20 minutes in a taxi to get to the lovely little fishing village of Taganga. We had been recommended the place by a few people while travelling so we were quite excited to relax there. [read on]

Cartagena

The journey from Bogota to Cartgena took about 19 hours and we arrived in the late afternoon. As soon as we got off the bus we were hit by the heat. It was boiling. The next day we looked at one of those big temparature time things they have in the road and it said it was 36C.

We decided to get an air conditioned room as we hate sweating while we sleep. [read on]
