When New Year comes 11 hours early / Quand le Reveillon a 11 heures d’avance

We hope everybody had good New Year celebrations. We headed to our spot on Point Piper at about 9.30 to see the fireworks display. We thought that it would have been really busy but there was maybe 30 people there, which was great. [read on]

You wake up in the morning, open the window and the shutters. It is sunny, a cool breeze blows in the bedroom and parrots are playing in the trees. The beach is getting busy and you can see surfers riding the waves of a deep blue sea. And you think: “this can’t be true: it is 30 December”. But yes, HAHAHAHA, it is true. A picture of the view we wake up to every morning, just for you.

Tu te reveilles le matin, ouvres la fenetre et les volets. Dehors il fait beau, une petite brise souffle dans la chambre et des perroquets jouent dans les arbres. La plage se remplit et tu peux voir les surfeurs sur les vagues d’une mer d’un bleu profond. Et tu te dis: “c’est pas possible: c’est le 30 Decembre”. Mais si, AHAHAHAHAHAH, c’est vrai. Voici une photo de la vue avec laquelle nous nous reveillons tout les matins, juste pour vous.
