I admit I am pleasantly surprised about Cuban cooking. As you may have guessed, food is important to me... Oh, itīs nothing fancy and there are a few recurring themes, but I have eaten lots of different things already and the only thing I didnīt like was hamburgers, which are not even typically Cuban. This is what Iīve come to expect on my plate Iīm also a big fan of platanos, little bananas which taste twenty times better than Chiquita bananas. Iīve been told that at one casa particular, they even get lobster because the guy there likes to cook and makes something special everyday. But Iīm quite happy with my Cuban cook... Comments
