Out of the Frying pan and into...Uruguay

I love Brazil and her people, but after 36 days there it was high time to split. So, me, cameron, and his friend Jessica from Dallas are now in Uruguay. There was a problem at the Montevideo airport, so our flight was directed to Punta del Este where we were loaded onto a bus for Montevideo. In Montevideo we stayed at the very nice home of some folks that Cameron met the last time he was down here. The nice home is actually the former Chinese Embassy, so it is huge and super fancy. The folks who live there are howard O´flyn and mindy, nice Americans who are in the real estate business ( i think ) and decided that Uruguay was a nice and safe county to set up their home base. They took us and like 12 our their friends out for dinner at a near by italian resturant. We must have had 10 bottles of wine and a full meal (appatizer, dinner, desert) followed by 2 full bottles of Lemongello (a 110 proof lemon shot). Needless to say everybody got drunk and full of good italian food. The next day we met up with this Uruguyan girl named Deborah who we rented a car with and drove to a beach town called la Paloma. So, im still in la paloma getting sun, little surf, and a few hangovers. We went to Chuy, on the uruguay brazil border to buy cheap duty free crap ( good french brandy only $3) and sandals (havaianas with the brazilian flag only $4). The internet is much cheaper here, but the computers are shit, so the badass pictures will have to wait. sorry yall.
