I'm going to Venezuela in June, I've read that it can be a dangerous place and may reconsider... How have you found it? Dangerous at all? Are the Policia corrupt? Posted by: Tully on April 5, 2005 01:14 PMHey Buddy, Dear Tully, all police are corrupt (especially in south america, and especially in Venezuela) Most people become police here because they couldnt find any other jobs. Posted by: Damien on April 11, 2005 10:31 AMMy friend! I´m from Valencia Venezuela, I live here in San Antonio TX, and I´m very sad because of your experiences in mu country. Venezuela is a pretty country, and people used to be very friendly, but now with all this thing of the revolution, things seem to be different. You have to be careful cause maybe it is unsecure. If you need some information let me know and I´ll help you ASAP. Remember: not everything is bad and not everyone is a thief. Take care.... |
