Hola, this is me on one of the larger mountains that surrounds the city of Caracas. The smog stuff u see is actually smog. Caracas is home to about 6 million people and is probably one of the most dangerious cities in all of South America...but i didnt have any troubles, but i heard from plenty of people (venezuelan and others) who did.
