Dinner is Served

July 20th, 2005

To repay some of Philip’s hospitality…or perhaps despite of it…I am cooking dinner tonight for Philip and his friend Andy.

The menu:
Pan-seared steak
Caprece (Tomato and mozzarella)
Risotto
Garlic Bread

I’m getting a little nervous, as I always am when I cooked for people.
Wish me luck!

July 19th, 2005
