Blame it on Monacco – we got up and caught the 10.05 to Monacco, with much difficulty – first we had to try and buy the tickets, then we had to find the train – it was one of those six seater booth trains like in the old days, but we did get ‘Eurotrip’ flashbacks! hehe

After a two and a half hour train trip from London to Paris, switching train stations via the metro in Paris and hopping on board a five and a half hour train ride to Nice, we are finally here.

Tags: TravelWell, we take off early tomorrow morning for our six week trip around western Europe with a week’s sailing around Croatia afterwards.
