Monteverde. A great trail leads to it from closer to San Jose than most people leave. Amazing vistas! 4x4 road ONLY .

After we continued around Lake Aranel to the VOLCANO!!

We stayed RIGHT below the volcano, and we even had a perfect clear night! Unfortunately, no action, on the volcano. But the swimming was great. I have a picture to show you later.
