No Haircut

Well the verdict is in. I am going to leave the mop. :) I went out and purchaced some shampoo, and a brush (sorry mom, i lost yours) and its a lot nicer now. Before i was using my hands and soap to care for it... Hey did you hear? Conan is coming to Toronto!!

Thats right, look here and then email to conanintoronto(a t)nbc.com to enter!! If you win, give the tickets to someone who loves my late friend Mark Cotterill, I think it will mean a lot.

Argentina! I am still so hot on cordoba. I am leaving today, but I think i could fall in love with this city. It has it all!

More street corner cafes than i can count
large open street markets for padestriens only
a river, called La Canadan (a lot like canadian eh?) running through it
amazing nightlife (that i havent really seen...)
really nice people
great food!

AND ITS CHEAP! GO TO CORDOBA RIGHT NOW

I have been online a lot, and shopping (small things, i promise) but its time to head for the big city now! I am running out of time, i must step things up. I have to be in santiago for a flight to san jose on the 14th!

I am going to meet Fredrico now.

OH! and by the way. Shelley says:

that's annoying (about loosing my guidebook)... the first time i went i stayed at the Millhouse, which was really fun. they just renovated it and its in a very cool building. friends stayed in Hostel Clan, which was also very cool. the second time i was there, i stayed with a friend who lived in Viejo Palermo in a cute house.... you HAVE to party down in that area, and eat all your meals there...its SO good and SOOO cheap

Simon - Ciao Cordoba, and is MATT Serious??? http://blogs.bootsnall.com/simon dice:
all right. i am taking notes.

Baby dice:
Go to Club 69, and Mundo Bizarro and drink frozen mojitos there (sooooo good)

Baby dice:
Club 69 is a weird-ass experience, but an unforgetable one!
i know... too good, eh?

talk to foreigners in BA...so many of them are working there and making decent $$. there are tons of ex-pat bars there that hire and pay decent cash. and a lot of people teach english to businesses (with NO experience at all .. some don't even speak english as their first language!

Thanks Shel, canīt wait to meet you.

Miss you all!

Glorious Argentina! They have the most gorgeous accent! Make sure you take a tango lesson while you are there!
Cristina
P.S. Good choice on "no haircut". I say you rock those long locks!
