Bio
I have read a lot of bios on other people’s blogs and I came to a conclusion…if you are reading this because you already know us, then you already know who we are and why we are doing this. If you don’t know us and are reading out of curiosity you probably don’t care about our life history. So I will just say that Dave and I are leaving our good jobs and selling(?) our nice house and cool cars because there is more to life than the acquisition of STUFF. We are planning to travel both internationally (see the ’round the Pacific trip) and around N. America hiking, climbing mountains, and biking.
How long can we keep this up? Until the money runs out. Hopefully we can last at least a year. Thanks to everyone who has helped us by taking care of our pets, letting us store things at their homes, and offered us a spare bed or couch when we reach their part of the world. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to do this and it would not have been possible without the support of our family and friends. In return they will get some crappy souveniers. 🙂
I noticed when they changed the blog, all my old sites are now weird. I am trying to fix them in case someday we want to look back on what we posted! But it does not seem to work, no matter what I do the picture is either covering or covered by text.
