My New Job
I’ve been killing time in England waiting for a package to be delivered from the US…so in the meantime, since I’ve crashed on Philip’s couch for so darn long, I’ve been given a job

House Chef…my new title.
After dinner went over so well the other night, I’ve been cooking ever since. It’s the least I can do.
I’ve made lemon-basil chicken with sauteed carrots and zuchini, potato soup and french toast for breakfast today.
Tonight I’m making chicken with a red and yellow pepper salsa and cous cous. Yum.
It’s nice to be able to pay someone back a little for their kindness. And honestly, I miss cooking. Win-win situation. 🙂
