Vrooom…Racy Daytona Beach, Florida
Can you drive your car on the beach? You bet – 20 plus miles. The beach is a haven for those who party wild. Daytona also has the exciting Bikeweek in January before starting the Nascar Daytona 500 in Feb. I have seen old and orange men and women, dressed just in skimpy leather … er.. outfits look at home in the jam packed parade and traffic jam.
I have also seen the quieter side of life here too though, as my friend’s mom lived across the road from the beach, and we would go after breakfast to hang out on the endless stretch of sand.
