Back from the Desert

Okay, so I’m back from the desert. I went to Atar, Oudane, Chinguitti and Tirjit. I’ll make my posts look like I posted them at the time I was in those places so look back through my posts.

Through a combination of factors, I had no internet or cellphone connection while I was there (mainly because there isn’t any electricity except for Atar) so it a feels a bit like I was cut off for quite a bit. Anyway, check my pictures and I’m off to write posts…

Sorry bout this late response, I haven’t been able to send mails due to some issues with my colleagues’ laptop being stolen. Now he is using my laptop in the meantime. Long story not going to go into that now.

Are you enjoying Mauritania more than Morocco? Keep well

Morocco and Mauritania are different experiences. The food was better in Morocco, the desert and general people better here. Morocco had more ancient cities and ‘urban’ culture. Difficult to compare. They’re both good depending on what you like to see.
