Here is a typical class at ISI in Barquisimeto. Since it is a private institute most of the students are from a pretty privilaged background. Remember that 60% to 80% of Venezuelans live in poverty. Didnt meet too many Chavistas here, in fact every student here didnt seem to think to highly of the guy. Comments
