October 01, 2004My Trip
So bought my tickets for my trip (woohoo) so my itinerary is as follows: And this trip starts on the 31st December and lasts all the way to August the 4th... a whole 8 months. This sounds really silly but I am really looking forward to being active for 8 months. Although im not doing like any extreme, sporty-type things... i will still be getting more exercise and stuff than i am now. i feel like my life just now is sort of a routine. Will be nice to actually do things (exciting things :D). im hoping to get fit too, as i am so lazy now. anywho im sort of straying away from the purpose of this entry.. so i better shutup. oh also, you'll notice that we're doing alot of overlanding (in india, thailand, new zealand and USA...) so right now im trying to sort out bus passes and things for that.. but i hear that in some places (NZ, India) its best to sort of pay-as-you-go... but i kinda like looking at all the different sites and stuff for travel, its making me more excited about the trip!! :D speak soon - love, k Comments
Kristy, Sounds like a sweet trip. Don't worry about organizing land transport before you get to your destinations. I find it easier to travel here than in Europe (though the actual travel is not necessarily easy). Most guesthouses can arrange transport to just about any destination. Best of luck and enjoy yourself Neil Posted by: Neil on October 9, 2004 08:18 AM |
