Absentee
So – this is quite likely to be my last post for the next couple of weeks. I have tomorrow off, Monday should be fairly quiet, and then Tuesday off…. And then I am working through New Years. Except for Xmas day, when we are closed. So – family? Call me on Christmas. I’ll be working at any other time.
We have a new lounge guy, Alex, who is about 19 and obsessed with tips, but otherwise really nice. Yay more staff! And the managers didn’t let Gavin serve last night! Hahahahaha….. He had to do glasses, which he sucks at. I finally told John (Gallagher) that Gavin’s sweeping at night annoys me to no end, and he agreed. At least I told someone in charge. And now I can tell Gavin off with impunity.
Tomorrow, I’m going to the library and then laying on the couch in my pjs and watching movies. That’s pretty much my plan for Tuesday, too. I want to rest as much as possible to be prepared for Christmas.
