It starts today. I went to the doctor to get checked out for this chronic cough I have had. I got chest X-rays plus an asthema test and got blood taken to see if I have allergies. Since I was there I went ahead and got immunized for Hepatitis A & B. I may or may not need it down the road but my insurance pays for it so i'd rather get it out of the way.

I need to become more motivated to challenge myself. I will be exercising and trying to get out and do more outdoor activities. My brother and I will be doing some rock climbing on Sundays followed by a few Coronas and Reggae at the Undertow. I haven't been to the beach in so long, and it is about that time again.
