Oh man, when does it stop?

So recently on BNA I started discussing travel to Morocco with one of the veterans of travel to Africa. His name is Donovan and he started discussing a possible 2 week trip to Tanzania to summitt Mt Kilimanjaro and then take a 4-5 day Safari into the Ngnorongoro Crater and the Serengetti National Park.

Like I needed another trip to tempt me. I'm working part time and going to school it's kind of difficult to think about travel. So I did what any other wack job with the travel bug would do. I asked my supervisor to let me go full time again ... and now i'm going to talk to my teacher today and see if I can't get myself in a morning class at school so I don't have to drop.

I really feel good about the decision. Even if I have to drop both classes... I can't pass up the money that i'll be making going full time. Plus my company added an incentive program so there is a possibility to make even more money.

This will help me get out of the country more often as well as make it easier for me to save up for an around the world trip i'd like to take before my 30th birthday.

This trip to Tanzania will be in late December and we will summit Mt Kilimanjaro on New Years Day.

Mt Kilimanjaro is the world's tallest free standing Mountain and Uhuru Peak is the highest point in Africa. I'll get a chance to see the great migration of the wildebeest, giraffe, thompsons gazelle, buffalo, elephant, and myraids of birds, flamingos and other African wildlife.

This is a once in a life time experience. I'll be experiencing something I have wanted to do since I was a little kid and I learned about the African continent. It will be a bit expensive but will probably be the last real big trip I do until I take off around the world for an extended period of time.

I'll be awaiting more information from the BNA tour guide and will update when the time comes.
