We made some changes to our trip...
Instead of overlanding from ChristChurch to Auckland.. we now have a wonderful flight that takes us from ChristChurch to Rotorua (how the hell do you pronunce that by the way.. when i phonned up the flight people i was like 'yes-i'd like a flight to rotototototootrourora..' and they were like 'what?!')

Anywho it means we can actually afford to be in New Zealand now, as before we wouldnt have been able to do much as our trip would be focused too much on trying to get from CC to Auckland, and we couldnt afford that anyways!!

So all sorted out now, thank god!

also we are now thinking that perhaps overlanding from one side of USA to another ISNT such a great idea afterall.. so i think we might have to get a flight for that too.. i've been recommended America West...
but if anyone knows any better (cheaper...) flight companies then let me know...
