Only a few weeks now until Camilla and I leave...
getting quite excited!!
I bought my backpack yesterday too..
Its a Berghaus 65+15 Litre 'Spirit' and its really cool. A nice Blue colour!
It was £150, which is more than I expected to pay but the guy in the Store was really cool and gave me 10% off... which was handy!!
So i got it home and opened it up and was a bit shocked... i thought it would be so much bigger inside.. and was a bit worried coz i dont know how im gonna fit everything i planned to take with me inside!!

So i ended up going around me house finding random things to stuff into it and see how much it would hold...
i managed: one of the settee cushions, 2 jackets, 2 scarfs, 2 fleece tops..
and that was it!!
grr!! except that wasnt counting the extra day pack, but still.. i am so nervous now..

Also i bought my insurance yesterday too..
Is it just me or is insurance THE WORST THING IN THE WORLD?!!
seriously.. they make it so hard for you and they make you sit for ages reading their stupid small print, which turns out to say something like 'ohhh but we wont actually give you ANY money at all....' grr
so bought my insurance at www.insureandgo.co.uk
and i would highly recommend it as it was by far the cheapest and that was with an excess waiver on it!!
ended up paying £178 for 8months, fully comprehensive..

anyways enough with the boring stuff...
i shall report back with some interesting news as it happens
