My Bio

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening and good night to all who are reading this travel blog!! My name is Mike P., from Chicago, IL (yes, I'm actually from the city and NOT from the suburbs...you know what I'm talking about) and this is my travelblog about my trip to Egypt...through my eyes.

For starters, it has been my dream to go to Egypt, ever since I was a young kid day dreaming of being an Archaeologist. Man, I'd even watch some Egypt stuff on the discovery channel with my parents, all the whle thinking that it was me excavating some ancient city, being the first to go into the cursed pyramid, or even meeting an Egyptian beauty who would change my view of everything, including myself. And now, it's my chance to live out my dream...at least for two weeks...you know I gotta get back to work and make that money (S&B, you gotta love them!).

I'm currently 23 yrs old, Greek by blood and culture, but internationally acclaimed through my global network of friends...My chance to go to Egypt arose when my friend Maz received a fellowship study in Cairo. Instantly I thought about visiting, but man, the price was just too high! So i said forget about it and took the chance to go check him out. So now, I'm two days away from visiting the one place i've always wanted to go to in the world. I hope everyone who reads this likes the site, and that they write some remarks back! Thanks to all who supported me for this trip...and for this who didn't please kiss my grits and buttermilk biscuits!!! HA!

bro, you really bring the epic vibe to the blog. i hope you have an excellent time and find lots of m.i.l.fs to hook up with... and i'm not talking about mommies, i'm talking about mummies. har har har, i'm lame.

make sure to bring back lots of pryamid keychains or other cliche, stereotypical egyptian souveniers. i'll be wearing my pharoah outfit for your arrival back home, in support of your mission.

Well, your off to Egypt. We hope you have a wonderful time and a safe trip. Be careful. In case of emergency please contact the US Embassy, we don't know the number off hand, but you can look it up, while your being chased by a radical Mummy. Please bring us back lots of souvenirs like, a belly dancing outfit for Nina to wear.

Mike P...greetings from Athens, Greece, the homeland! We are having a blast here...really looking forward to the islands in 2 days. We hope you have an amazing time in Egypt and we will definitely get together to share some pics and more stories! Thanks again for the homemade CD...we love them all! If you get a chance grab us a piece of the pyramids....you can practice being a pseudo-archeologist. Give our best to the pharoahs...

sup P!!! mehn, sorry, i couldnt hook up with u b4 u left as we arranged. make sure u dont go messing with the pharoah's wife. uve seen the movies "the mummy" u know was up. live it up, have fun and ill hear all about Egypt when u get back and say hi to mono. tell that boi not to ride on dem camels cos hes too big, he will crack their humps.
