Uganda Photos

I managed to get many of the Uganda photos uploaded, but it was a painful experience not to be attempted again in Cameroon.  So, more photos going online will need to wait until Kenya if they have someplace with good upload capabilities…  Here’s the link…

What wonderful photographs. Since my first visit I have felt that a part of my soul was in Africa. Your photos make me wish to be there!

Turkey has sent troops in to northern Iraq.10,000 troops and air surport . Turkey goverment says the incursions are happening along a 260 mile strech on the boarder, This will be another fence of 260 miles . Turkey has been in this area over the past but this time they are staying. This will stop herion from traveling out of the region. This area has a history of been an geograpic choke point for land smuggling routes. I was unable to confirm the scope of operation for this invasion

Rick – I envy you so much. Wish we could have gotten back to Africa this year. Sicily was as far as we got and now John has had his hip replaced and is limping around. Maybe when he’s recovered he’ll be able to keep up with me!

Stay well. Sorry we missed your birthday.
