Felucca - traditional Egyptian boat. A simple sailing boat.

Tout - a person that advertises a service. In countries where unemployment is high, like Egypt, hotels and shops hire "touts" to talk to tourists. Touts know their patter in English, sometimes French, Spanish or German.
