What is it all about

May 1st, 2006

I heard once that maybe the hooky pooky is what it is all about. Okay let’s ponder that for a minute….. Done. I don’t want to stick my left leg in and shake it all about. I want to start with my whole body in and shake it all about. And then the song has the audasity to state that’s what it’s all about. So I put my whole body in, I let my mind relax and I shake the situaton up to see if that is what it is about. How much can I shake up and sometimes that involves other people. I mean in the circle at the skating rink it is just you shakin’ but in life when you start shakin so does everybody else. And at the same time you have to have some kind of direction in what you are shakin. I guess that is where I am at; I am on the verge and I must make a choice of direction and shake it up. This is somewhat in mulitiple catergories of my life so be on the look out, I may be shakin up a scene with you.
I understand it is vague but ponder it again.. what is it all about….

Update

April 27th, 2006

So much has been going on that it is hard for me to figure out what to write about. Well first of all it is closing weekend of ” A thought about Raya” Insight Out is finishing their third season! So this is your last chance. GO SEE IT!

Let us also see, the pink sidewalks of Portland are finally here and I must say that I haven’t been moved tears just yet. But I haven’t walked down them either. Last night I did lay right next to a cherry blossom tree and that was a touch of magic.

Last weekend the Lucas ( Ken Chalet, Scot , Sheri and Mom, Dad )family was in town for about 24 hours. Just imagine me times 7 in a mini van and you have the picture. We all got in the mini van and drove to Manzanita where we were spreading my cousins ashes. It was an amazing family event and a somber union as well. Life and death so powerful or should I say one of the most powerful events in this life. How it brings people together and how it makes you really look at everything with fresh eyes and greater respect.

REPORT: Ms. Red Nose:
Still been having fun doing the online dating. It is so strange. I went out with four guys in two weeks. It was defenitly speed dating. All the same it is like a hobbie. I had a friend say that you should date as much as possible so you don’t over romantize each person. So when one comes along you really like you will be able to see clearly. Sage advice. If you want any details just call there is a running comentary on it all.

REPORT: Lindsaya Newton John:
Working out has become like crack. As Morgan says crack cocaine a hell of a drug. I am loving it and hating when I don’t go. Sarah and I go to these classes that are so intense and fun. We are contstantly being challenged and loving it. Go crack!

Hope all is well and the pink spring is warming your hearst. Oh did I mention that we have been blessed with the presence of the SUN! Oh joy! Love you all

Non match it

April 12th, 2006

wow, what a nice wild ride msrednose chose. She went out into the online dating world thinking it was a simple and carefree way of approaching people and gettting to know them. WRONG. Everyone has an adgenda. People seem to know what they want and they want it now. I mean really I had someone say that there name was such and such and then when the emails were getting more frequent it was a completly different name. The whole psedeo of life. I mean religion, faith, ethnicty, gender, are all factors of how we assemble people into feilds of understanding. So my adgenda to meet people may not be enough. Yet I will keep trying. For details call.

Change at hand

April 4th, 2006

So, first and foremost sorry for the LONG await of another short topic of information that we call a blog. I have been busy as we all know but some new changes are at hand, hence the title. I have moved and turned 30 and have received a new car and last but I am sure not least; a new computer. I finally went out and took care of the looming apple cloud that has hovered for the pass year and half. All will be thrilled or at least my mother will be that there will now be more entries from my new solo and straight livin’ alone and lovin’ it from my wireless computer in bed with my purple sheets and a glass of bubbly while I report to you all. Just picture that with the run on sentence from hell. Love you all and will begin with great update, like how did Lindsay the artist get the computer??????

New thoughts

February 22nd, 2006

Alright I did not get that much response in ideas for the birthday bash so we are rolling in a new direction. Here is the new idea:

Saturday the 11th wine taste our way out to the coast. Rent a cottage and on sunday everyone come out for a roast on Lindsay. Or basically your favorite Lindsay story. Starting at noon and ending when we finish. I think we may keep the cottage for that night as well so come and spend the night. Leave early monday morning. Give some feedback on the idea. Love to hear some thoughts
