Madagascar
Okay, so I might come back later this afternoon and begin turning my journal notes into a blog, but don’t count on it. More likely in Mauritius or Perth. I’m a bit daunter about the prospect of doing 3 weeks at once. I’m back in Tana, doing a few last errands and looking forward to 3 days of doing nothing (besides, hopefully, ile aux Agrittes) in Mauritius.
In the end, Madagascar has been really good. There are more bits I’d like to see (the west, Berenty maybe, an AYE-AYE), and I’d have a better idea of how to plan a trip next time. As a biologist though, I think I enjoy safari-ing on the continent better. The people are nicer here, though, and the lemurs ridiculously cool.
