Yes - you read right. My wonderful time in New Zealand is coming to an end and I will be returning home to Scotland within the next month.

Tiago couldn't get his visa renewed so after much thought on what we would do next we have come up with a plan! We are going to finish our trip of NZ - a whirlwind 10 day tour to see the rest of the South Island on a very tight budget. Then we will fly back to Auckland for a couple of days before both of us returning home for 1 month or so. Tiago will go to Brazil and see his family and then fly to Scotland after 1 month, hopefully in time for the Highland Games! I will hopefully be working in the Lodge when I come back, to get together those precious british pounds! Then we plan to fly to Spain at the end of July to work the rest of the summer season.

Although I won't be home for long and I plan to working most of the time, I'm sure I'll find time for lots of reunion drinks and catching up with everyone - as well as boring you all stupid with all my photos! And of course, when Tiago arrives you will all get to meet him too.
