Just a quick update as we head south towards the border with Peru, we have been through Cuenca which is a beautiful colonial town with hundreds of huge churches, then we headed further south to Vilcabamba...we are staying at a really cheap health spa retreat, we have our own big room with a nice porch looking over the valley...next to us is the spa with a million treatments all with a healing new age edge!!! we jumped in at the deepend or should i say the backend and had the 40 minute colonic irrigation.....everyone is doing it by all accounts, anyway it was an experience i wont forget especially as we spent 3 hours on horses today...john wayne never walked this bowlegged.....we are cleansed and pure and totally organic.....having lost my dignity and contents of my bowels in front of a little lady in a face mask the world is an easier place to negotiate, i recommend it from the bottom of my, well being...it only cost 14 dollars too...in fact Siobhan got it for my impending birthday, how bad it sounds it was actually a wicked present and one i will not forget for a long time....i wont go into the details but picture if you will.................video to follow.

The horse riding was amazing, my ass took a beating and the horse went where it wanted, i was not in control but we went pretty fast down the town street as school was just emptying out so there i was hanging on as we flew past everyone, Siobhan was an expert and had brilliant control....my butt hurts and i think i-m going to have a lie down....tomorrow we leave for Peru.
